Indonesia Culinary Institute

Born from our commitment to promote and preserve Indonesia’s culinary richness and beauty, the Indonesia Culinary Institute aims to make local cuisine accessible and enjoyable for learners. We understand that the complexity of Indonesian cooking may seem daunting to those unfamiliar with it. Through a structured and friendly approach, we eliminate these barriers, offering a delightful and inspirational learning journey into Indonesian gastronomy.

WIN - Taste of Bali

WIN – Taste of Bali was initiated by Robert Manan, a visionary passionate about culinary arts, coffee, and artisan products. Inspired by the diversity of flavors across Indonesia’s 17,000+ islands, WIN reflects the legacy of Indonesia’s spice route to the Netherlands and the world.

Together with his wife, Fify Manan, Robert created WIN in Atlanta, USA, where they bring together the best of Indonesian and Dutch culinary traditions. WIN offers food, drinks, and artisanal coffee rooted in deep cultural appreciation and presented with refined elegance.
